Full Scope of work

  • Demolition of existing defective slabs
  • Install new subbase to levels
  • Install new reinforced concrete slabs to warehouse
  • New stormwater drainage to the external hardstand area installed and linked into the existing “humeceptor”, including new flood gates where the stormwater system enters the creek
  • New underground sewage pump station installed to accommodate sewage from tenancy E, connected into existing sewer
  • New external hardstand
  • Office refurbishment including new glazed shopfronts, partition walls, kitchenette, ceilings and blinds
