Full Scope of Work
- Disconnection of all service including electrical, data and projectors
- Provide structural engineering design to remove internal load bearing triple skin brick wall on top floor
- Removal of internal load bearing triple skin brick wall on top floor including installation of new load bearing PFC
- Removal of all existing cabinetry, floor covering and window coverings
- Supply and install new roller blinds, floor tiles and vinyl and cabinetry
- Reconnection of services including new projectors, fans and lights
