- Refurbishment of 179 rooms, including new joinery, floor coverings, curtains, soft furnishings, wall coverings, lighting and electrical
- Refurbishment of function rooms, Reception and co-working area
- Commercial kitchen floor and drainage
- Swimming pool area was retiled, new custom designed decorative screens to the perimeter of the pool area, and new glass balustrading
- Waterproofing to roofs
- New chilled water pipework for the AC system, including new heaters to all FCU’s
